  1. Securing your home and valuables: We will help you take the necessary steps to keep your home and your guests safe, such as installing smart door locks, ring doorbells, and security cameras. This step also includes determining safe locations for valuables such as jewelry, artwork, and sentimental items.
     

  2. Organizing the home: This phase involves decluttering surfaces and drawers, organizing storage areas such as garages and closets, stocking the home with hospitality essentials, creating labels and instructions for electronic devices, and more. In this phase, we work with you to optimize the functionality of your space and create a welcoming environment for your guests.
     

  3. Updating your home's design: We can take the current design of your home to the next level with thoughtful touches and decor items or completely reimagine the look and feel of your home. This phase focuses on both functionality and aesthetics and draws on design principles such as Feng Shui and the Marie Condo method. We will collaborate with you to create spaces that reflect your personal style and enhance the guest experience.

Renovations and repairs: Most homeowners live with some odd aspect of their home that could use a fix, whether it's a creaky floorboard, a finicky sink, or an entire wall that needs to come down. Together with our network of skilled home professionals, we can facilitate major remodeling and repair tasks so that your home functions perfectly.
